Cash only? Seriously? It's 2017.
Walk in to see a well lit, clean, new style design aesthetic, a thirty foot granite counter, 12 pizza ovens, sophisticated high end touch screen restaurant POS, in back ample sit down restaurant seating in what's probably a 2,500-3,500 square foot space. I place a take out order, reach for a card and... "Cash only" the woman said brusquely. Not a minimum, just no cards AT ALL. Couldn't even say it with a smile.
Love love love this place! I've been going here for pizza for 22 years. Delicious! Highly recommend dining here or ordering it to go.
simply the best pizza in town. Always busy. Simple menu for the back room, dine in option. Only downside is that it's cash only.
It's very simple you want great pizza friendly staff and Mike the pizza maker unbelievable. To bad I can only give 5 stars in my book they get 12 stars. Highly recommend it. The best on long Island.
IRS needs to audit this place hard. No way somebody spends so much to build out and they can't afford to process cards. I'm a retail owner and can tell you this is nonsense.
I can't believe the way that waiter treated me. Embarrassing us became the fun part for him instead of explaining the rules patiently and nicely to us. It is my first time go to this place for dinner with my children(3 and 6 years old) and my mom, kids love pizza. we were ready for a nice dinner experience here. I ordered a pizza pie and then we walked inside to the only available table, which is a bigger table. The waiter showed up, asked us if we want to order something, I told him I ordered a pizza pie already, then his manner changed, he became so loud, the whole room people can hear us. he asked me " did you pay it?" I said yes, and I showed him my receipt. I sensed something is not right. I asked him what is the problem here. He said no. Then I took my kids to wash hands. I heard outside that he was telling another waitress about what just happened. I walked out of the rest room, I asked him again "what is the problem here" he said no. And then he raised his voice again asked us to move to the other table, because that is a eight seats table. I explained that the time we came in, that was the only table available. And then he pointed to the table next to us in a pushing tone "can we move now?" I was so shocked and didn't know what to do suddenly, I felt the whole room people were staring at me, feel so much pressure and embarrassed, so I did what he said "yes, of course" I said. He almost threw our utensils on the other table. Quickly he finished the move and even didn't say thanks. I didn't eat much, I could not calm down. After we finished, I left a dollar tip, I wanted to leave a note but I didn't. I hope he could find out his own problem. Treat people with respect please!!! You can not do this to your customers no matter how many stars you have on the Google review.
I walked out and won't be back.
