Last year, I made a New Year's resolution to get back into shape, and decided to REALLY stick with it, with the help of Fusion. I not only lost weight and have kept it off, but my endurance has improved, I have more energy than ever before, and am actually excited to work out for the first time in my life. It's all thanks to the classes here and the support of the awesome trainers.

I love the physical improvements I've made, but it's also been rewarding to really FEEL my own progress, challenge myself with each class, and to realize that I'm capable of achieving more than I thought I could. I look forward to my workouts at Fusion and hate missing a day. This place has changed my life and I am grateful!
I was never into group fitness classes before coming here, and I will probably never go anywhere else. While the workouts are tough (a mix of cardio, strength training, bodyweight moves and core), it's a completely non-intimidating environment with highly knowledgeable trainers who can modify moves for first-timers (in every class, you'll find both regulars and beginners of all ages). Each class is different, so you never get bored with it, and the trainers are approachable and always willing to answer any questions you may have about diet, training, etc.
Fusion is an amazing gym and a great welcoming atmosphere regardless of skill level. All the instructors are really cool dudes and every class is a ton of fun. Would never wanna train anywhere else.
Everybody is super chill, super sweet and super kickass!!!!! Wanna get in shape then this is the place.
Awesome group! A great, charismatic environment! The energy is really welcoming and comfortable. As a beginner to jujitsu, the group at Fusion made me feel really welcomed and comfortable training and learning new techniques. Joe and Andre are awesome, and theyve created a really great community and family at Fusion.
