I didn't dislike the visit, but forget about using the phrase " running to staples for a copy". You need more coverage
Service was a little slow when I went because it was busy, I have no complaints other than that. I found what I needed and checked out when it was my turn.
Do not trust staff working at the shipping desk to give you accurate estimates about the arrival time of your package. They are not educated on the standards and exceptions UPS can make, and will not take responsibility for any misinformation given to you.

The young man behind the counter at Print and Copy Center was with another customer when I arrived. . He still acknowledged me right away, took a second to see what I needed, and gave me instructions to get me started. . He finished with the original customer, and then completed my job quickly, pleasantly and professionally. . My job was small, inexpensive, but he treated me with as if I was spending a fortune. . Kudos on finding., hiring and training this young man! . Thank you, Taylor H for your service today!
