Been herewith other counter help, not so happy. Today new people, friendly, bagel perfect coffee hot, place clean. If unhappy before, try it again.
Best bagels around!!! Service could be a bit better, be careful and watch the price of what they charge you!! It varies from hour to hour day by day. That's the only issue I have with this store. Otherwise great food.
I used to go there all the time and had great service. Once the new owner took over is when I had a few problems. I used to have the same order. Once it changed owners I ended paying the same price for a sandwich that was half the size. I explained that to the owner and he didn’t care, so I haven’t been there since and refuse to go pay for something someone else will give me bigger and better for the same price.

the food is okay, but the problem is service, the place is run by children with terrible attitudes and tempers, one had some very disrespectful words for me after I made an innocent joke and wouldn't stop till I left, and there was no interjection from the manager standing right there. I won't be going back, there are a million bagel deli places, and this one brings nothing to the table. I hope (for their sakes) they turn the place around soon.
Edit: expensive sandwiches made with old bacon... Grease fest
